Japan’s missing workforce
Much has been written and proposed about the decreasing workforce in Japan. Immigration has been blown from the table by Abe’s government, despite the recommendation from its own committee. I will not add much to this discussion, I just have this image every morning:
Super-genki (fit), practically every day playing, most of them definitely not 65 or older. Maybe the missing workforce is in all these early-pension-system people (after having done office work for some years, it is really high time to play tennis for the remaining 40 years).
Young ones like us just wonder …
